City Without Walls is seeking an intern to help build an exciting
not-for-profit artists space in the heart of the Lincoln Park Arts
District in Newark, New Jersey.

cWOW interns gain many practical skills needed to advance careers in
the arts and non-profit fields. Internship positions are available to
assist in every aspect of the gallery’s organizational functions,
depending on applicant interests and needs, including: exhibition and
event planning, public art, education programs, curatorial work,
installation, graphics, marketing, new media, fundraising, and
administration. The program offers experience in assisting the daily
functions of a gallery, as well as exhibition and networking
opportunities with members of the arts and non-profit communities in
New Jersey and New York. We participate in all school credit programs.

Open to all ages and backgrounds. City Without Walls is looking for
responsible individuals with an interest in art, technology,
marketing, and/or administration. They must be highly organized,
proficient in Microsoft Word, and willing to commit to a three-month
time period.
